Susan Spence is Licensee and Principal of the Dougmal Kiama team and is dedicated to making the process of buying and selling a happy and worthwhile experience for all Dougmal’s clients. “We aim to make the sometimes daunting procedure of changing homes a rewarding experience by helping clients to work through the maze of decisions associated with the process.” Susan has extensive experience in real estate having spent the last 10 years selling homes and properties in the beautiful Jamberoo valley, Kiama area and for many years previously in the Southern Highlands. This exposure has enabled Sue to gain a first hand understanding of the markets in Kiama, Gerroa, Gerringong and Jamberoo. Susan and her family were residents of Minnamurra for the 18 years after moving to the coast from Bowral on the Southern Highlands. Her three children have all gone to local schools and she has an intimate knowledge of the Kiama area through her involvement with local clubs and sporting organisations. Being country born and bred, Sue has developed a strong dedication to service and an ability to deal with people from all walks of life. She believes this attitude to personal service and commitment to excellence is the reason Dougmal Kiama has been so well received since the team took over the long standing Agency in 2001. “I thrive in an environment that is professional, positive and committed. Andy Wharton

Andy is the Manager and Director of the Dougmal Kiama office. Andy is a dedicated local, having lived and worked in Kiama for more than 25 years. Andy is best known for his years as manager of the Kiama Leisure Centre where he was very much involved with the local community in sport and recreation. He has met, in one way or another, most people in Kiama and established lasting relationships in his almost 20 years in the public eye. He now applies his management qualifications and experience to a team of professionals with many years of combined real estate experience. Andy knows the property market in Kiama very well and has had much success in achieving some of the highest prices in residential sales locally. A long serving member of the Kiama community Andy demonstrates unsurpassed loyalty and professional approach and together with his ability to create successful relationships with his clients, makes him an asset in any real estate dealing. Andy takes great pride in his commitment to his clients and building successful relationships with all his real estate dealings.
