Alex Doucas

Alex Doucas has been in real estate for over 10 years and in that time has sold over $100million in property and has received many prestigious industry awards - a reflection of his high achievements. Alex is excited by his new venture with long-time business partner, Tony Lombardi, joining Rob Ozzimo and Andrew DeSanto as co-director of Harcourts Thomastown and Harcourts Epping. As part of The Development Team, Alex also specialises in projects which involve working with developers and builders across an entire project life cycle from sourcing sites through to marketing and pre-sales off the plan. Ensuring that he is in touch with all that is happening in the market, Alex also specialises in the sale of new homes, land sales, commercial, residential and rural property in the area. Alex’s success is founded in his breadth of local knowledge having been a life-long resident in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Andrew DeSanto

Andrew grew up locally completing his Education at Epping Primary School & St Monica’s College. Andrew began his Real Estate career straight after finishing his VCE and his agents representatives license, he then went on to obtain his Certificate III in Real Estate at RMIT not long after getting into real estate. Andrew not only has a professional attitude but also has youth, vitality and an eagerness to perform beyond the call of duty. Andrew believes in Real estate ethics, hard work, enthusiasm and dedication. Robert Ozzimo

Robert Ozzimo learned the fundamental elements of Real Estate at a very young age. Coming from a family involved in the industry, he recalls attending his very first Auctions at the age of 4 and almost every weekend since then. Robert's intimate knowledge of his area is the result of growing up and living locally. Upon completing high school at St. Monicas College, Robert immediately obtained his Agents Representative certificate and began selling property. Robert is a firm believer in education, having obtained a Business degree as well as numerous certificates in Real Estate and Property, as Robert puts it: ‘learning helps me grow and improve the skills that I offer my clients’. Tony Lombardi

Tony Lombardi is one of Victoria’s premier sales executives, being named in the top 10 for Victoria/Tasmania on numerous occasions, as well as being named Number 1 Sales Person for the October – December Quarter. After being in real estate for only 6 ½ years, Tony has taken on the challenge of being a director with long time business partner Alex Doucas under the prestigious brand of Harcourts. To add to the growth of the business, Tony and Alex have joined forces with Robert Ozzimo and Andrew DeSanto to have two offices in the Northern Growth Corridor.

Belinda Grech

Belinda has been working in Real Estate Administration for nearly 12 years. She has worked behind the scenes for one of the areas award winning Real Estate offices in Victoria for most of this time. She has also completed her Agents Representative course in order to build her knowledge to gain a better understanding of how to best service the office clients. With a background in Finance and Client Relationship management before starting in Real Estate, she is dedicated to supporting all staff and their clients, to ensure all transactions with our office go as seamlessly as possible.
