Emily Tunstall

Emily, is not new to the position of Property Manager as she comes to us as a practicing and experienced Property Manager and is looking forward to working with and enjoying the support of the rest of the team at Harcourts Bridgetown. More importantly, Emily is keen to work with a new set of owners assisting them to maintain their investment assets to a high standard/return and in assisting your tenants in enjoying their homes with minimal fuss. Emily has set herself a high professional standard and is looking forward to progressing and improving herself in her chosen profession. Emily pays attention to detail, can work independently and more importantly as part of a team to achieve a common goal. Emily holds a Diploma of Property Services and with future sales experience has the goal of attaining her Triennial Certificate and running her own real estate business. Emily has as her main goal in increasing the Property Management portfolio and has the full backing of myself and Beth as owners and Bianca as Sales staff. We are only a small team but a team all the same and as winners of the 2009-2010 Harcourts WA Top Customer Service Office we will be endeavouring to continue to provide and increase our top service to all our clients and customers.

Beth Evans

Beth is the Team Co-director and Office Administrator. She brings experience based upon a background of business ownership and retail sales. Beth is happy to help with any office related enquires and will direct you to the right staff member to assist you with your particular requirements.

John Evans

John joined the Team as the Principal on purchasing the business with wife Beth on the 1st July 2004, having commenced his real estate career with the forerunner of Roy Weston Bridgetown (Blackwood River Real Estate) in 1983. Together John & Beth have not only established their home and Chestnut Orchard in 1982/83, raised a family of three sons, but have owned three businesses at different times in Bridgetown. John has been an active member of the Bridgetown Lions Club since 1982 and has held Secretary and Treasurer positions a number of times. John has over 27 years experience in all aspects of Real Estate, in the South West, and also the Great Southern region of the State. John prides himself and the team on ethical and honest dealings with all people whether customers or otherwise.

Bianca Ingram

For Bianca Ingram, family is the centre of her world. She understands the difference between a house and a home and how important it is to find the perfect environment for families and individuals to “hang their hat”. Bianca has lived and worked in Bridgetown for five (5) years having left the hustle and bustle of Perth in 2007. After many years of working in administration and human resources, Bianca decided it was time for a change and trained as a licensed real estate consultant earlier this year. By joining the Harcourts Team in Bridgetown, Bianca is hoping to turn a passionate hobby (“I’ll turn the computer off soon, I promise!”) into a successful career. Bianca’s children keep her on her toes and her life full of surprises. Together with her passion for growing vegetables and knitting beanies and socks, Bianca believes she has adapted well to the “country life” of living in Bridgetown. Bianca is a naturally talkative and positive person. Communication is extremely valuable, and Bianca takes a great amount of pride in keeping her vendors and buyers informed on their property transaction. First hand knowledge of the property market, plus a solid understanding of local and global economic conditions means that Bianca is well placed to help sellers achieve the sale they are hoping for, whilst assisting buyers realise their dream of a “tree-change” in Bridgetown.
