At the age of 20, Honda had decided to come over from Thailand to continue his study in Western Australia. He has a degree in Bachelor of Marketing and International Business. He began his first career in the Hospitality industry. After spending four years at the Hotel, Honda decided to grow his future career by completing the licence to sell real estate. As a result of working in the hotel, Honda understands customer service roles and applies that knowledge to current day use in Real Estate. He also successfully applies the knowledge gained in his business degree to the continued growth of Harcourts Integrity and become an integral part of the company. John was fortunate enough to start his real estate career with one of the top Roy Weston (50) offices in WA. From there he strengthened the team at Roy Weston Maylands and in 2005 opened Harcourts Integrity with real estate licensee, Michael Clay. Currently they have a staff of 25. John presents as motivated and disciplined. The drive John brings to real estate has been exhibited in sports: he has represented Australia in both in-line Hockey (2000 World Cup Europe) and ice-hockey (Japan 1992). He was launching his book "Trump Strategies for real estate: Billionaire lessons for the small investor". In recent years John has become accredited in strata management also. Michael Clay started his real estate career in 1990 after seventeen years in the medical industry. In 1994 Michael gained his Real Estate Agents Certificate after completing his course at TAFE. Thank you for reading about me. From my name and picture, you can clearly see that I’m not 100% ozzie. I was born and raised in Thailand and came to the country of opportunity at the age of 7. I was a typical boy brought up the ozzie way, auzzie rules in winter and cricket in summer. I am a huge Dockers fan, but hey, you can’t hold that against me. After finishing high school, I graduated from Curtin University with a double major in marketing and public relations. My passion for real estate took me to LJ Hooker where I excelled by providing superior customer service. At the tender age of 29, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and tried my hands at business ownership. What a move! WIth increased weights and pressure, I thrieve on it. Making it to the Top 5% within the Australasian network and constantly in the sales consulant within the Harcourts network. Stephen has a background in construction, landscaping, engineering and drafting. He has had wide experience in different sales roles over the last 10 years. Stephen has successfully owned and managed two small businesses, one in the seafood industry and the other in building maintenance. He holds a degree in finance, a diploma in construction and an advanced certificate in engineering. His construction, engineering and finance backgrounds give him a solid knowledge base in valuation. On the other hand his sales experience and strong character give him an edge in providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
