Mandy was brought up in the Real Estate Industry with her parents owning a successful Estate Agency on the Redcliffe Peninsula.It was during this time that Mandy saw an opportunity to make a career out of property management.She has worked for Goldsworthy/Professionals/Raine and Horne over a period of twenty years which is unbelievable experience.Her personality fits in extremely well with both staff members and clients and the team are proud to have her as one of their own. Mandy joined Harcourts North Lakes – Mango Hill in August 2006 and literally has overseen the exceptional growth this office has experienced during that time.

Brett Mason has been selling real estate for the past seven years. He started his career through the highly regarded Harcourts Sales Development Program. Brett achieved status in excess of $40million dollar club winning numerous awards along the way. Brett is proud to stand beside his wife Paula and friends Paul and Liz Considine as co owner of Harcourts North Lakes / Mango Hill and have such a wonderful team to work with. Living in North Lakes and having four boys, two of which attend the Local State Colleges means that Brett is dedicated to see North Lakes / Mango Hill continue to grow as a fantastic community. Paul Considine

Having spent 14 years with one of the largest multinationals in New Zealand Paul brings to Harcourts North Lakes a wealth of sales and marketing experience. His lifetime friendship with Brett Mason has brought together a business partnership that is fresh and exciting and willing to really go that extra mile for the client. Paul spent many months researching via internet and in person not only Brisbane but Queensland and finally decided that North Lakes was the place to settle. The master planned community will have everything his wife and two young children need to enjoy life to the fullest. Having moved here last year from New Zealand with her family Liz Considine is enjoying the challenge of a new job and a new lifestyle. Liz is experienced in customer service and management, having had various roles in the service industry. Her most recent being manager of a small to medium sized business operating in New Zealand and the Pacific. Liz enjoys spending time with her two preschool aged children Isaac and Rebecca and husband Paul, exploring the many attractions of the surrounding area. You may see Liz walking or riding around the many walkways in North Lakes. Her hobbies include skiing, travel, walking, cooking and animals. One of Liz’s favourite things is travelling to new countries experiencing a different way of life - changing and growing our ideas and perceptions. One of her goals is to visit the Artic Circle and see the “Northern Lights” that she has read about. Liz is a person with integrity who enjoys a chat ( and a coffee) and has both feet firmly planted on the ground.

Mariana Swanepoel

Mariana arrived in Emerald, QLD Australia in Dec 2005, where she obtained her Real Estate Certificate and worked in a Local Real Estate Company until September 2008. Her family then moved to North Lakes and she is proud to have been chosen to join the Property Management Team of Harcourts North Lakes in April 2009. With 20 years' experience in banking and accounting services along with strong customer facing and administration skills she is able to handle any situation with extreme professionalism. Investment property owners can rest assured that their Properties and tenants are in the best hands at all times.

Maryanne Sheehy

It was in 1989 when Maryanne first joined Harcourts in New Zealand in an administration role, progressing quickly to National Events Manager at the Auckland Regional office. Her business acumen and skills quickly came to the fore when Maryanne was singled out to take on the role of Franchise Services Manager to implement in each office the many systems she had developed for the group nationwide. Fully dedicated to ‘best practice’ Maryanne was responsible for the administration section of The Harcourts Way, which today is still seen as a benchmark. In 1995 Maryanne attained her Diploma in Business Studies endorsed in real estate, and in 1997 commenced her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree with Massey University. Maryanne then successfully took over the management of a Harcourts office until an opportunity to join a dynamic Auckland Property Developer to further broaden her property knowledge. In 2000 Maryanne graduated with her MBA, when the offer to re-join Harcourts in Queensland as the Business Development Manager arose and she couldn’t resist the challenge. Whilst quick to laugh and renowned for her great sense of humour, Maryanne is equally renowned for her determination and focus. Her background with Harcourts, her highly systematic style and commitment to excellence are traits that Harcourts has certainly benefited from in the past, and will certainly benefit from again in Queensland. Being responsible for building offices from Cairns to Coolangatta Maryanne soon discovered the beauty of Queensland and her desire to run her own business “beside the beach”. In 2006 this desire was realized with the opportunity to setup Harcourts Kawana with business partner and life partner Malcolm Low. “I know that my service and sales background has set me in good stead as I have always willingly recognised and looked after the consumer. I believe that ‘service is ultimate’, irrespective of where people appear in the ‘value chain’. My studies have given me the ability to develop and implement qualitative business systems by utilising experience and relevant business theories”.

Paula Mason

Paula places her efforts on administration and coordination of marketing accounts, wages and reception back up Part time. living in North Lakes and having four boys to look after it becomes a juggling act but Paula copes very well and enjoys the wonderful team environment here at Harcourts.
