Beginning her real estate career in 1991 in software development and implementation, the launch of Harcourts into Australia in 1997 saw Cath appointed Technology Manager to establish Harcourts technology and systems through the Queensland offices. Appointed as Business Operations Manager in 2002, Cath developed the Manual for Change process and worked closely with new offices, then later was appointed as International Business Operations Manager working with a team implementing Harcourts systems and procedures throughout the Australian States. After a six month break in the UK Cath returned to Queensland spent 18 months reviewing and implementation Operational and Administration procedures with the Broadbeach - Mermaid teams 3 offices. Cath is now consulting to the Harcourts Toowong business to implement best practice procedures.

Christa is a licensed and award winning Real Estate Agent experienced in selling properties from the City to the Western Suburbs as well as in other states and countries. Christa is always looking for ways to better herself and has energy to burn. She is bi-lingual, has degrees in Psychology and Interior Design and Decorating, is a Master Florist, is experienced in bookkeeping and trust accounts as well as being successful Managing Director of Bofinger Pty Ltd for 25 years. Interests are renovating, landscaping, cooking, travelling, sailing and reading. Christa has sold, renovated and built several of her own homes. Christa is determined, reliable, honest and dedicated to achieving success and a person who enjoys meeting and talking to people.
