Fatima gained her certificate of registration and is currently studying for her Real Estate License at the Real Estate Institute of NSW. Fatima lives in Mayfield with Mark and her three dogs Molly, Wooggie and Little Dog.

Mark Dowling

Having enjoyed a highly successful career as head of marketing with a large national retailer prior to entering Real Estate, Mark has the marketing expertise to really promote your property to its full potential while making the process of selling and moving as stress free as possible. Mark lives in Mayfield and thought it the logical choice to open Harcourt’s Advantage Real Estate in this wonderful growing community. Mark gained his qualifications at the Real Estate institute in Sydney and keeps up to date with regular training, to provide you a service that you can truly rely upon. Mark is also an accredited auctioneer. Mark has achieved a top 3 finish in the Harcourts NSW Top Sales person awards 2009 20010 & 2011 Harcourts Advantage is also the number 1 office in NSW per sales consultant.
