Andy Graham

Andy’s career in the banking and finance industry began in 1983 in New Zealand with Trust Bank (now Westpac Bank). During the 14 years Andy worked for Trust Bank, he held a variety of positions including Mobile Lending Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. Andy joined Harcourts in 1997, working for Mortgage Express in Christchurch (the Harcourts NZ equivalent of HFS). Andy’s business went from strength to strength to the point where he was a finalist for the NZMBA “New Zealand Mortgage Broker of the Year” Award two years in a row. Over the years at Mortgage Express, Andy built a team of four mortgage brokers under his management in Christchurch. At the end of 2004, Andy was ready for a new challenge, and moved to Australia. He was a Business Development Manager for ANZ Bank in Sydney when he was approached to become CEO of HFS, and to further grow the business throughout Australia. Andy’s goals for the future of HFS are to grow the number of mobile managers in line with the growth of Harcourts throughout Australia. He is looking forward to further building brand awareness and ‘adding value’ for sales consultants whose clients use HFS for their lending requirements, ensuring a smooth process from enquiry through to settlement.
