Originally from the Gold Coast, Kayla began her Real Estate career in 2002 in a successful Gold Coast franchise.
After Moving to Sydney in 2004 Kayla commenced her role in Events/training for the Harcourts group. In 2006 Kayla began her role as Business Operations Manager and is responsible for implementing ‘The Harcourts Way’ systems and office procedures into new offices across New South Wales, and trains/supports existing offices
