You won’t find the word ‘can’t’ in Kim Sparks’ vocabulary. He is one of the most active people you will meet; an avid cyclist, Ironman enthusiast, golf guru and football nut. Kim’s always looking for a challenge, having recently trekked the Kakoda Trail and ridden a mountain bike along the treacherous Gibb River Road in WA’s north. His wife and two daughters keep him just as busy with a shared passion for all things sport, and you’ll often find Kim trekking from court to oval on weekends. Kim approaches his role as Property Consultant with this same enthusiasm. Since beginning with Harcourts Busselton as one of their original team members in 2006, Kim has worked hard for his clients and achieved real results. A recent achievement is the receipt of REIWA’s Master Sales Person award. Looking after residential, rural and business sales throughout the Busselton area, Kim is adaptive and ahead of the game, assisting his clients to find the right time to both sell and buy. He knows the importance of planning ahead and considering the future of his clients and their investments. As a remnant of his 26 years as a Police Officer, Kim has a genuine passion for helping people. He brings values of honesty and transparency to his role, and has an infectious energy for life.
