'I prefer to focus my skills locally and as such I only call auctions within my area keeping me in touch with the local market from different perspectives’ says Andrew. Andrew is Owner, Principal and Licensee In Charge of Harcourts Hills Living, with offices in Baulkham Hills and Castle Hill. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Accredited Auctioneer, holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Canberra, but above all is an active and highly successful listing and selling consultant in the Hills District and has been for the last ten years. Andrew's wife Melinda and three young kids reside in the Hills, attend a local school and he sponsors many local sporting and community groups.
