Deb’s leadership of the Asset Management Team has brought their service standards to new levels, winning the Excellence Award in Property Management for Harcourts in March 2010. Deb is a skilled listener and when the situation requires, negotiator, and she prides herself on her ability to empathise with both owner and tenant to achieve the best possible resolution for all. Deb spends her spare time with her husband, children and grandchildren, trying her hand at a game of golf, or generally anything that keeps her mind and body active.
