With a solid background in a number of different areas including IT, Projects, Human Resources & Recruitment, Helen Stephens is now working closely with Peter Burley to assist him in growing the Harcourts Ballarat business. Having grown up in Melbourne, Helen chose to move to the Ballarat area over a decade ago where she studied at University and has worked for a number of large organisations in the Ballarat area. After marrying a Ballarat local, Helen and her husband have chosen to stay in the Ballarat area to raise their two young boys. “The lifestyle that is on offer in this area is second to none.
