Julie has lived in Ballarat and district all her life - married to Gavin and raising 3 busy children. They have put a lot of time into their local Community through their volunteer involvement with The Lake Wendouree Football Netball club. Julie has spent nearly 10 years in the new home business and brings with her high standard on how homes should be presented and how to highlight features and benefits of a property. She has a lot of experience with maintenance issues and legal aspects of new home contracts and forecasting workflows which gives her a great balance for our Property Management department along with her time management skills and her ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds.
