Ross Barlow

Ross Barlow is the broker at the forefront of Mortgage Express in Northern Queensland, representing a strong and united team of skilled brokers nationally. He joins Mortgage Express with over 30 years of valuable experience in the banking and lending sectors. Most recently, he was responsible for business and mortgage lending working with local banks in the Townsville region, advising clients on the best available products for their individual needs. He was also previously the North Queensland Relationship Manager for Medfin Australia, lending to the medical profession. As a Sydney-based self employed broker specialising in the transport and heavy machinery industries, prior to moving up north to Townsville, Ross assisted clients with mortgages and lease finance. This was a refreshing challenge for Ross after being employed by NAB for 17 years, where he worked his way up the career ladder. Ross found it most rewarding acting on behalf of his clients, rather than a bank. For him this equates to selecting the best product for a client to suit their individual present and future needs from a wide range of lenders, rather than selling the bank’s own products. He brings his intricate knowledge of the lending and mortgage industry, combined with his exceptional customer service ability, to his new and existing clients with Mortgage Express.
