Brittons Swamp Dairy

Situated in the heart of Circular Head's thriving dairy industry at Brittons Swamp, just 10 minutes south west of Smithton.
Ideally balanced with some higher country for wintering or drystock. A large part of the farm has been humped and hollowed to enable a high stocking rate, with the farm calving 400 and milking 370.
To ensure production in a dry year a centre pivot irrigator has been installed to irrigate 158 acres.
The dairy is a neat modern 20 unit parlour.
Brittons Swamp is held in high regard in the Circular Head Dairy Industry.
With it's quality soils and the reliability of rainfall, Circular Head is one of Tasmania's most secure locations to conduct a dairy operation.
